My entire career has been focused upon exceeding client expectations in whichever field I was in. Having left multimedia and human health care after many successful years, my passion for animal welfare lead me to Northern Ireland Veterinary Specialists. Here, in a non clinical post, I support my colleagues in their specialised roles to focus on providing levels of excellence in animal care through cardiology, surgery, medicine and advanced nursing in what has been my most rewarding post to date. Using whole animal approach, holistic methods of owner inclusion and ensuring quality care.
