Soft Tissue Surgery
At NiVS, we recognise that your pet’s health and wellbeing are your top priorities. Our skilled and compassionate specialist soft tissue veterinary surgeons will meet with you to discuss options and create a tailored plan which is appropriate for your pet.
Overview
Pet parents are encouraged to be part of their pet’s treatment plan and we strive to involve our clients in decision-making to choose what is best for their pet.
Whether your pet requires a minimally invasive procedure or a complex surgical operation, our skilled surgeons, advanced nursing team and state-of-the-art facilities help to ensure that your pet has the best possible care and outcome.
Following a consultation with one of our soft tissue surgeons, pets may be admitted on the same day for further diagnostics or surgery, or scheduled for a different day depending on the pet’s individual needs.
Patients who have soft tissue surgery often require a high level of advanced nursing to ensure that they are supported post-operatively. Our advanced nursing care team supports complex patient care through diagnostic monitoring, administering pain medications and ensuring that pets are kept comfortable.
