NIVS offers a broad range of internal medicine services. The medicine team consists of Alison Irwin BVM&S MRCVS Cert AVP(SAM) who works as part of the Advanced Clinical Services Network. Alison is supported by our amazing team of referral nurses and has direct access and back-up from Internal Medicine Specialists via our VetOracle Telemedicine service. At NIVS we have a multidisciplinary approach to cases with the Internal Medicine team working closely with specialists in Cardiology and Surgery. This collaborative working environment allows us to be able to provide the highest standards of care for our patients. NIVS is a cat friendly clinic and has a dedicated feline hospitalisation unit. Veterinary colleagues are invited to discuss individual cases as required.
